I HEART DESIGN AWARDS is a friendly design competition on the web! Are you a crafter, an artist, a photographer, a designer (or mostly, all of the above!)? Or are you simply a design fan? Well Nominate yourself or your fav designer-artist-photographer-crafty friends and show that you too have design at heart! This event was created for all-doers, indie designers, crafters, bloggers as well as designers so that they can show-off their creative skills in graphic design. Hopefully the Design Love will benefit everybody!

Awards Rules and whatnot:

1- Nominees can place a badge (see below) on their website. Encourage your fans to vote for you.

2- Nominee with the most votes in each categories will win goodies, not to mention the pride of having the winner badge to display wherever you want.

General Voting Rule:

  • One vote per person (IP address) per category per day.
  • Voting period: February 15th to March 12th 2011
  • Winners will be announced March 15th by email and on the blog.
  • Winners will have until March 19th to send a valid address, if they fail to winning basket will be awarded to runner up.

Voter’s Giveaway Rules:

Voters who comment IN THE 7 CATEGORIES VOTING POST will be automatically entered into the I HEART DESIGN giveaway. The draw will happen March the 13th, winner will have 2 days to respond by email with a valid address (if the winner fails to do so, another draw will happen and so forth).

Ways to enter:
1- Comment in each category-post and tell us who you voted for OR, if you want to keep your vote a secret, visit one of the nominees’ website and tell us what you like about his brand/look/website/product. (+7 entries total)
2- Become a Facebook Fan, Twitter fan and/or Mailing list subscriber of the I HEART DESIGN Sponsors (including the Studio Rose Flash) Visit this page for this type of entries.
3- This year you can get extra votes by spreading the word! How? By Tweeting (be sure to use the hash tag #IHEARTDESIGN, blogging, Facebooking… Just leave a comment with a link to the spread communication in this post. Is there a limit? Well, in order to keep it somewhat non-spammy, let’s limit it to 5 socials shout-out per day (you can do more, but I won’t count them!)
